LIST OF INGREDIENTS

1 large onion chopped
1 large red pepper seeded and chopped
1 large orange pepper seeded and chopped
1 large tomato de-cored and chopped
1/2 pound of Canadian bacon diced
1/2 pound of spiral macaroni cooked according to package directions
1 pound of your favorite seafood cooked and diced
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup light cream
1, 12-ounce jar of The Greatest Grub Ever Garlic Parmesan SaucE

 

Mix all of the ingredients with the exception of the light cream. Pour the mix into a large casserole dish. Pour in the light cream, cover and bake in a preheated 375-degree oven for about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Mix well and serve.

 

 

Note: Add in 1 or more tablespoons of The Greatest Grub Ever Fire it Up Sauce and a couple of chili peppers for a zesty Cajun version!

Try Crab, scallops, clams, and/or shrimp!

1 large onion-diced
1 large red pepper-diced
1 large yellow or orange pepper-diced
1 large tomato-cored & diced
6 ribs celery-minced very small
2 heaping tablespoons The Greatest Grub Ever Garlic Parmesan Gourmet Sauce
2 pounds London broil or Beef tips-cooked and diced
2 teaspoons lemon or lime juice
1 12-ounce jar of The Greatest Grub Ever Honey BBQ or Hot Honey BBQ Gourmet Sauce.

  Mix all ingredients and pour into a large casserole dish. Cover and bake in a preheated 375-degree oven for about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Mix and serve.   Serve over rice or noodles.
This can also be cooked in a crock-pot.
*Cajun style: Add in 1 or 2 chopped chili peppers and 1 or 2 tablespoons of The Greatest Grub Ever Fire it Up Gourmet Sauce.

*For more tender vegetables, cook them first before mixing.
